PhD on behaviour of enteric bacterial pathogens during lettuce production

Inge Van der Linden, who is affiliated with Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Food Preservation (LFMFP), submitted her PhD. The title of the dissertation is 'Behaviour of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella enterica during greenhouse butterhead lettuce production', promotors are Prof. dr. ir. Mieke Uyttendaele, Prof. dr. Marc Heyndrickx (ILVO) and Prof. dr. Martine Maes (ILVO). The public defence will take place on Thursday October 9th, 2014.
