Phd on influence of climate change on fresh produce of tomato

Evelien Van de Perre, who is affiliated with Research group Food chemistry and human nutrition (nutriFOODchem), submitted her PhD. The title of the dissertation is 'Farm to fork risk assessment of emerging mycotoxins in fresh produce: the case of tomato considering climate change', promotors are Prof. Bruno De Meulenaer, Prof. Frank Devlieghere and Prof. Liesbeth Jacxsens. The public defence will take place on Monday, November 24th, 2014.
